Challenge

The challenge was to enhance merchandise sales for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, a vast event drawing over 1 million visitors over a two-week period. With renowned sponsors like Coca-Cola and Warner Bros., our task was to create compelling designs integrated with the yearly event theme, ensuring optimal on-site inventory management.

Approach

As the creative design partner, HH Agency undertook the task of producing over 30 unique designs, seamlessly integrated with the changing yearly theme. These designs ranged from eye-catching T-shirts to branded cups and jackets. Our on-site presence during the event was crucial, ensuring real-time inventory monitoring and swift reordering of low-quantity items. This proactive approach aimed to prevent any loss in sales and maintain the Fiesta's status as a major financial success.

Outcomes

The outcomes were twofold - a diverse and attractive merchandise collection that resonated with the diverse audience and a well-executed on-site strategy that maximized sales. The seamless coordination resulted in increased customer engagement, brand loyalty, and a substantial boost in revenue, making the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta's merchandise sales the highlight of their largest event of the year
